Updates
Files are updated daily. In addition, clients will regularly receive correspondence regarding the status of each case, along with documents and easy to read explanations.
Clients will also have a one-on-one relationship with a designated Case Coordinator. You will never hear "I am sorry. I do not handle that. Let me transfer you." Instead, clients will have direct contact with one person regarding case information and updates.
